In the office design I am using this fire retardant paint additive to protect the servers in the office. It will be applied to the wall surface of the storage room under the star is for fire protection.

Flame Stop III™ is a pyrolitic re retardant paint additive and prevents the spread of ame by developing a self-extinguishing reaction.Is one of the most unique fire retardants available on the market today. It can be mixed with any latex paint or latex base stains. It requires no seal coat or precoat as do most other fire retardant paint systems. This product mixes into most water-based paints, stains, sealers, etc. Once mixed, the product assumes the characteristics of the paint. Just one application of Flame Stop III™ will provide a Class A fire rating. The mixture is 16 ounces of Flame Stop III   ™ (as it comes in the container) per 1 gallon of paint.

Architectural Applications:

This fire retardant is applicable to all paint, stains, and sealer finishes. It can be drywalls, wood flooring etc. It is used for interior use not exterior.
